krikry Terms and Conditions

General Introduction

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Policy

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

3.3 Withdrawal Requirements

4.1 Welcome Bonus

krikry offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus, making your total balance ৳2,500.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Before withdrawing the welcome bonus, a 15x wagering requirement must be met. This means you must place bets totalling 15 times the bonus amount received. The deadline to meet the wagering requirement is counted from the day the bonus is issued.

4.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• A bonus can only be used once per account.
• Bets placed using bonus funds may be subject to restrictions on specific game categories.
• It may not be possible to claim another bonus while one is already active.
• If bonus abuse or fraud is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.

4.4 VIP and Cashback Program

Eligibility for advancement to a higher VIP tier depends on regular play. The benefits and conditions of each tier are subject to change.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the krikry platform. If such activities are detected, the account will be closed immediately and all funds may be forfeited:

• Bonus abuse, coordinated betting ("bonus abuse / arbing") or similar systematic betting strategies
• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account
• Attempting to hack, manipulate or intrude into the platform's software or systems
• Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor

Betting Rules

6.1 Validity of Bets

All odds and betting options displayed on the krikry platform are determined based on our own assessment. If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, the affected bet may be considered void.

6.2 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum betting limits are set for each game or event and are displayed in each game's interface. krikry reserves the right to change these limits at any time.

6.3 Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises regarding a bet outcome, krikry support must be notified within 24 hours. krikry's decision shall be considered final on all matters.

6.4 Sports Betting

Betting is available on various sports including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers), football (FIFA) and kabaddi. Uncertain situations during a match (weather, player injury) may affect the determination of a bet outcome, in which case the applicable rules will be followed.

Account Suspension and Closure

7.1 Suspension by krikry

krikry may immediately suspend or close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms
• Failure to verify identity or providing false information
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity
• Operating multiple accounts
• Legal or regulatory requirements

7.2 Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time. If there are any active bonuses or unresolved bets at the time of the request, their treatment must be discussed with support.

7.3 Inactive Accounts

An account may be marked as inactive if it has not been used for twelve consecutive months. If an inactive account has a balance, it will be kept safe and can be reclaimed through identity verification.
